do you have decided how 'pclr', 'colr', 'cmap' shall be coded ?

I have finally finished the code for the restricted ICC Profile.

The code has been tested with the testfiles:

file5.jp2 (XYZ to Restricted ICC profile describing ROMM-RGB) file7.jp2 (XYZ to 16-bit e-sRGB JP2 restricted (to sRGB) profile) file8.jp2 (XYZ to Restricted ICC profile describing greyscale version of ROMM-RGB)

Untested is the case enumCS 18: sYCC. I do not have a respective testfile.
