x_axis_labels steps and visible-steps don't work when inserting labels explicitly on the newest swf

Try to run the x-axis-labels example with the newest swf from the svn: http://teethgrinder.co.uk/open-flash-chart-2/x-axis-labels.php.

You'll notice that all the labels are visible and the steps aren't affecting anything.

P.S. When using auto labels it works fine.
