nurpawiki - issue #44

Take user to wiki main from db upgrade

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Install nurpawiki cleanly 2. Observe database upgrade

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

User would expect to be taken to the actual wiki.

Instead, the user sees log of database upgrade but no link or redirect to the actual application.
