Ability to edit task description by editing its task [todo ] contents in wiki text

Extend wiki page save to check for changed todo descriptions. This would provide the user with an ability to modify existing task descriptions.

This feature should also be provided via the UI (edit_todo?) to make it apparent to the user without reading documentation.
