What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. select file 2. upload 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? First when file is selected it should appear in window, it doesn't. When click upload file get "No files selected".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? version 1.1.1 on linux, Apache version 2.2.19 PHP version 5.2.17
