Objective: add a side bar for browsing/editing/searching annotations

The side bar should consist of:

• contextual information for the current loaded page: rating (stars), description (editable), property values,
• editor for annotating the current page
• a SPARQL editor for running queries
• a visual wizard for queries
• an ontology browser
• full text search,
• editor for annotating part of a Web page: paragraph, sentence, word.
• Add icons (Nepomuk, RDF)
