What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. script a policy state with access rights for (e.g.) "Public Read" and update to DB 2. replace in script "Public Read" with a different user, for example role "Engineer" and update again 3. Look into DB with MQL or Business and you will see both "Public Read" and "Engineer" on the policy state

I expect that "Public Read" will vanish in the DB when the user is not in the script any more.
