XE2 compiler errors

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Compile EasyListviewD16.dpk 2. [DCC Fatal Error] EasyListviewD16.dpk(1): E2225 Never-build package 'EasyListviewD16' must be recompiled [DCC Fatal Error] EasyListviewD16D.dpk(40): E2202 Required package 'EasyListviewD16' not found

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Windows 7 32 bit, Delphi XE2

Please provide any additional information below.

Nvm, I have solved it. Just compile the runtime package first.
