multisvm - issue #8

Can not complie in CUDA 5.0

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. make, show no cutil.h 2. Download one copy of cutil, /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lcutil

cutil.h has been replaced by in CUDA 5.0.. Also you would need to include its path.
