What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. create chapters with mp4chaps 2. open it in apples new podcasting app 3. chapters don't show up
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Latest mp4v2 version on ubuntu linux 12.04
Please provide any additional information below. It seems that apple did change something on their chapters, don't know what. The chapters still work in other iOS apps (e.g. instacast) or players (iTunes, VLC), but don't show up in apples dedicated podcast app.
Let me know if you need any additional information!

Posted on Jan 11, 2013 by Quick DogI created chapters with -e 300. Added the resulting video to iTunes. The chapters can be seen but as soon as I select one, the film ends. No error message in the console.
Using OS X 10.5.8, iTunes 10.5.1, freshly compiled mp4chap: MP4v2 2.0.0
mp4chaps -x x.mp4 gives me
00:00:00.000 Chapter 1 00:05:00.000 Chapter 2 00:10:00.000 Chapter 3 00:15:00.000 Chapter 4 00:20:00.000 Chapter 5 00:25:00.000 Chapter 6 00:30:00.000 Chapter 7 00:35:00.000 Chapter 8 00:40:00.000 Chapter 9

Posted on Jan 11, 2013 by Quick DogTested the chapters with my iOS 5 ipod - they work. They simply just do not work with either quicktime or iTunes.
