What is the expected output? What do you see instead? When you click the "Download" item on the main menu, it should download the item. It has confused some of my users that they have to hover, wait for the submenu, then click download on the submenu.

Fixed. Now submenu parent item click will do the primary action (if defined), in download this is the regular download.
