How can I specify specific folder permissions for users?

Example:

User1 want to have read/write/delete rights on folder1 but on folder2 only read rights .

I'm using Mollify 2.4.4

Not exactly place to ask questions.

But file/folder specific permissions, log in as admin and right click the file/folder, you'll see "Permissions..." in the menu.
