DML Download Does not work! Wrong Adress inside!!!

Apparently the DML dev doesn't want to be supported by ModMii anymore (odd since DML support was added to modmii only after a different DML dev requested it).

DML and DM can now only be downloaded from this webpage: http://crediar.no-ip.com/dwn.php

And all the downloads there link to hosts that require captcha recognition, so it looks like Modmii will no longer support for DML going forward. In the next modmii update DML will likely just be removed.
