It's working fine for me. What file is giving you problems specifically (ie. downloading mym file, or .app file, or system menu wad)? If it's a ninty file, it's possible (however unlikely) their servers are down in your part of the world but not here in Canada. Most likely problem is that your windows installation is unique\buggy. Try another PC and see if the problem persists.

btw, this has got to be one of the worst error reports I've ever seen... could u give any less info? I'm not even sure if you are having problems downloading the green 4.3E csm or the green 4.3E System Menu Wad. Either way, I confirmed that I am able to construct both without issue.

Sorry i realized it was a bad error report, but i was short on time, and was going to elaborate today.

I didn't know if it was a known issue or not.

My bad I've double checked, whats happening is that the patching is failing, and saying the download failed and it will redownload and md5 it, fails again, etc.
