Can't install .deb in latest ubuntu (13.10)

What browser version did you use to access the mod_spdy server? On what operating system? What flags was the browser invoked with? (For Chrome/Chromium, go to about:version to check.) n/a

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. try instaling the mod_spdy.deb (64bit) on ubuntu 13.10 2. 3.

What is the expected result? What do you see instead?

getting same error, let me know if any suggestions please
