tabsrmm_8.vcproj has wrong format/version

tabsrmm_8.vcproj contains the line

Version="9.00"

which should be:

Version="8.00"

Also, TargetFrameworkVersion should probably go out for this to be compatible with VS2005.

There is no tabsrmm_8.vcproj on the trunk branch. Please be more specific of the location of the file.
