What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start an one-to-one chat session 2. Say something 3. Select entire line (including the arrow) and click on it "accidently" and move the mouse

What is the expected result? The arrow to be static.

What happens instead? The arrow can be resized by accident sometimes.
