What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Trying to connect using the gadu gadu protocol bundled with the Miranda release.

What is the expected result? Loading the protocol and connecting to the network

What happens instead? Miranda doesn't load the protocol. When trying to upgrade the GG protocol in Accounts pannel there is no GG option in the drop down menu. The protocol is shown as Unknown and Disabled in VersionInfo

According to VersionInfo report you do not have gg protocol (gg.dll) installed.

Please install gg protocol.

I have the gg.dll that came with the latest Miranda release. It is present in the plugins folder. It still doesn't load. Am I missing something? Is there any special way to install protocols?

Not sure why it does not work for you, it works for everybody else.

Nope. Turns out that somehow my registry got corrupted and it affected the gg protocol. Thank you for your concern :)
