What is the expected result? connecting to icq login server

What happens instead? a messagebox appears: Unable to connect to ICQ login server

Miranda was unable to make a connection with a server. It is likely that the server is down, in which case you should wait for a while and try again later. (error 10061)

But it is established for certain, that other clients connect as normal

problem appears when trying to connecto to "secure connection"-server slogin.icq.com, it connects good when this option is switched off and i'm connecting to login.icq.com. So may be secure protocol should be updated to fit one on icq-server side. thanks.
