What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Contact List / Row items / Avatar / Draw border on avatar / Border color. 2. Set the any color and press to apply. 3. Set the color again and press OK.

What is the expected result? Border color should change to new.

What happens instead? New color wasn't applied.

Tested on a fresh install of the latest 0.9.23 without any third party plugin, with only one JABBER account.
