I've installed new Miranda release. Then after some words I've got a bug (see screenshot). It does not disappear after closing and reopening window. What it can be?

May be this plugin ¤ TranslitSwitcher.dll v.0.0.0.9 [2011-03-27 21:56:50+0300] - Switch Layout or Transliterate (Unicode) |Unicode aware| has an influence.

This is not core plugin. Closing as not an issue. You need to contact author of the plugin causing the problem.
