What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Open a private chat or make a /whois to anyone 2.The other goes offline 3.You send a nesw message or /whois

What is the expected result? Tell ONCE the other one is offline

What happens instead? Program keeps on telling it on the active room window.

I refreshed whois window and used /whois command after the user had disconnected. In both cases I got only one line in server window.

You need to provide more information like version info report.
