Posted on Jan 28, 2011 by Quick BearIt's a known problem with dbx_mmap_sa please use3d dbx_mmap shipped with Miranda distribution, and your problem will go away. dbx_mmap_sa is not a core plugin, and not supported here. Closing as not an issue.
And one more thing please do not report issues here self compiled builds. Please use officially released software when reporting issues.

Posted on Jan 28, 2011 by Happy Hippoit's not a bug with a database driver, it's a well known problem with the ICQ nicks & ANSI clients (like QIP2005).
Posted on Jan 28, 2011 by Quick BearThere is a problem with db driver as well

Posted on Jan 31, 2011 by Massive CamelGeorge is right. This bug is reproduced on official icq 7.4 too.
Posted on Jan 31, 2011 by Happy Hippoit can be reproduced on any db driver, even on the standard ones, and is definitely not a database problem. It's a problem with the ANSI ICQ clients & the new Unicode server.

ICQ 7.4 is Unicode client.... So what exactly is George is right about?
Posted on Feb 1, 2011 by Massive CamelThat it is a problem with the ANSI ICQ clients & the new Unicode server. not db driver
Comment #14
Posted on Feb 1, 2011 by Quick BearWell you said that you can reproduce the problem with icq 7.4, and icq 7.4 is unicode client. So it seems you are contradicting yourself .....
Posted on Feb 1, 2011 by Massive CamelThats you dont understand all that George said. Problem has ANSI clients like qip 2005, coz they write nicks on server in ANSI. thats why miranda and other unicode clients see cyrillic nicks not right.
