What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Open Account->ICQ

What is the expected result? "ICQ accepts only 8 characters in password" should be under "Create new ICQ account"

What happens instead? "ICQ accepts only 8 characters in password" intercepts "Create new ICQ account"(look at attached images)

The same for login dialog.
