This application was designed to take advantage of data made available through the City of Edmonton's open data initiative.

The newest version of this project, which has been modified to display the results of Edmonton's 2010 municipal election, can be found (in applet form) here. This version contains some small feature upgrades relative to the beta. Source code can be found in the "yegvote 2010" branch.

The current beta version can be launched in applet form here. Desktop versions for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux can also be downloaded on the downloads page. I'll be working on merging the new features included in the yegvote2010 branch into this beta shortly.

Metroview is written in Processing, and takes much advantage of the controlP5 library and giCentre utilities
