getAssociationScopes(0,10) on PagedScopedIndex doesnt work

Gives me with Postgresql99 and Postgesql an empty list.

Can you describe the behaviour by adding some lines of code and answer the following question:

  1. What output was expected? The number of scopes in your topic map?
  2. Which iteration causes an empty list?

I call getAssociationScopes on toytm. In memory i get 4 scopes back, with majortom_db it was empty.
