linkedgeodata - issue #12

Encoding in LGD Browser

LGD Browser encoding does not work correctly.

Example: "Gerichsstraße" http://browser.linkedgeodata.org/?lat=51.050460526385&lon=13.751647123157&zoom=18&prop=&val=

Possible solution: Configure PostgreSQL to use UTF-8

Probably a bug due to not setting charset for http response header field 'Content-Type'

Adding triplify URL for testing. http://linkedgeodata.org/triplify/near/51.05067,13.75186/10
