Use Prefixes in Turtle ouput

The turtle output does not use prefixes, which makes it longer / less readable than necessary. Example:

curl -H "Accept: text/turtle" http://linkedgeodata.org/triplify/way/27743320

Solution: Introduce prefix "http://linkedgeodata.org/triplify/".

Prefixes are included.
