linfu - issue #5

weaver.MethodFilter is set after the call to assembly.WeaveWith in 3.5 branch

In LinFu.AOP.Weavers.Cecil.AssemblyDefinitionExtensions at line 23,

assembly.WeaveWith is called before weaver.MethodFilter is set.

I tried checking in a fix to the 3.5 branch, however, I was unable to authenticate for some reason.
