Use C# 4.0's dynamic keyword to implement LinFu.DynamicObject v2.0

This is a pretty cool feature. I started using the dlls on the http://www.codeproject.com/KB/cs/LinFuPart2.aspx page. I've noticed that it is not part of 2.2. I cannot wait to see it in 2.3.
