Create a new page to see comments on posts subscribed to, sorted by interestingness (candidate formula - karma on comment + .5 karma on all descendants). Only shows things since last visit to page, with (12 hour?) grace period.

This algorithm is dominated by the most active thread (the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. level comments in that thread all outrank the 1st level comment in the next most active thread), and I don't think we want that. Should we show only the highest ranked comment in any given thread (that is, taboo children of a comment higher in the list)?
