ANSITerminal not have public constructor

when implement new terminal based on ssh server (apache) it need to extend ANSITerminal.

ANSITerminal constructor is not public and a new Terminal need to be in the same package.

Agreed, I've changed it now on 2.1.x-branch. Will push momentarily.
