Open external program not work in some case.

For some programs (i.e. pcmanfm, gedit, geeqie), it work. but in other case (i.e. xdg-open, nautilus, gthumb, ), I got error message in terminal.

(xdg-open:) Could not parse arguments: Invalid byte sequence in conversion input

(nautilus:) Could not parse arguments: Invalid byte sequence in conversion input

(gthumb:) ** (gthumb:27475): CRITICAL **: Failed to parse arguments: Invalid byte sequence in conversion input

Those program working good in my system with chinese file path. but can't work with KEEPNOTE. If filepath is english, it work. Maybe your string process has some problem?:P

xdg-open can't work is so terrible...

about attach file

in my system, drag-and-drop not work(both pcmanfm & nautilus).

after I drag-and-drop a target file to attach it. KEEPNOTE will add a new node in notebook. just like it working good...But the target file not really put in to the note folder.

No any error message or differ-look with file which using menu to attach.

Until I want to open it.
