Now that I figured out why OFD wouldn't AutoUpgrade (it's because I set ShowHelp = true, when Vista/7 doesn't support it,) it's time to fix some remaining bugs:

1. Make OFDs class objects, so their start paths will be saved
2. If there's a relevant existing path (e.g. existing icon, existing command line EXE,) get the path every time an OFD needs to be opened
3. Remove "ShowHelp = true" from the OFDs
