Ctrl+tab not working in IE8

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Pressing ctrl+tab 2. 3.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? jquery.hotkeys-0.7.9.min.js & window Operating System

Please provide any additional information below.

In firefox if there are multiple tab opened. then pressing ctrl+tab toggles the firefox tabs.

It happens also with Google Chrome 11 under Linux.
