Remove default settings for $.ajax call in loadScript

You don't need the cache: false and type: 'GET' in the function loadScript. Those are the defaults in jQuery.

I've add property "async: false" to ajax call in loadScript, becouse FF 3.0.9 loads json-lib after that it's need.
