During boot, kernel computes the same BogoMIPS value as for Samsung SPICA, which is slower comparing to Jet.

Are you sure on this? They both use Samsung S3C6410 @ 800 MHz. The old Galaxy (i7500) is slower. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_i5700. I don't see why the performance would be different as they are both ARM11 chips.
