What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It should have several categories of settings options with configuration modules you can load. Instead it only has a few options like Theme, Colors, etc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Latest build as of 2009.07.17

Please provide any additional information below. Another user is also reporting the same problem so I'm fairly confident this is an actual problem with the build and not my machine.

Well this hasn't been updated yet, I assume you're busy doing actual real work!

There IS a workaround though. Under settings if you simply use left/right arrow you can select the other settings categories including all the key/edge/mouse binding stuff. Took me a while to realize that the category part of the settings panel just wasn't being drawn, but was still there.
