What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Installed Cygwin with proper Make Packages 2.Decompressed packages and navigated to iperf-3.0b5 folder 3.Run ./configure

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? After running the ./configure, I try to run make, and get:

make: * No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Iperf-3.0b5.tar.gz Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 x64 with Cygwin64 Terminal
