INdependence cant connect to the phone and says I should run it at least once in iTunes

iTunes says that my phone is locked by a number key (which is correct, I put one security key on it before) and tells me that I have to enter the key at the phone.

My phone shows me the picture with the cable and after itunes refuses to connect it shows me a screen that i have to repair the phone and shows me the webaddress of apple support.

Help!!
