What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Plugin iPhone to USB 2. Run iNdependence (Tried both with or without itune running in the background) 3. Click Jailbreak Tab 4. Click Perform Jailbreak Button 5. Get Error Message "Couldn't Enter Recovery Mode" 6. Quite iNdependence and Restart iNdependence 7. Click Perform Jailbreak Button 8. iNdependence will crash and can't restart again while iPhone is plugged in 9. iPhone will be in recovery mode (require iTune to restore the phone )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expect the perform sucessful jailbreak, but instead got an iPhone in recovery mode

I was having this exact same problem myself after I installed the iPhone SDK. Fixed in version 1.4 final.
