I don't think this is a fault in the program, but in the cell tower itself. My images are only geotagged with "USA" I did manage to take a picture, and the location of the tag was about 5 miles away. That was the only one, though.

The geotagging works with Yahoo Zonetag, which is a voluntary database. The db is good in metropolitan areas, but not everywhere. at least not yet. The least it can give is the country, hence USA.

Ah, I didn't know it was a voluntary database. Makes sense now.
