2.4 New pages feed

The "new pages" lists don't seem to work properly: the filtered list returns nothing, and the unfiltered one apparently only returns pages created by whitelisted users. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 13:35, 19 November 2010 (UTC) Ditto here. Because there is no input from rc feed it does only with irc enabled
