What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Approve the addition of a site to HTTPSEverywhere. 2. Change your mind and add it to the whitelist in HTTPS Finder. 3. Uncheck (disable) the site in HTTPSEverywhere. 4. The site is still added every time you restart HTTPSEverywhere.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want HTTPS Finder to delete any XML in HTTPSEverywhereUserRules for sites in its whitelist. There are stupid users like me out there.

I experience HTTPSFinder asking me about adding sites already added, too. Then it asks whether I want to overwrite an already-existing rule.
