Posted on May 14, 2012 by Helpful Panda

When I go to Firefox add-ons tab and click https-finder "Options" button, I get the message below:

XML processing error: error processing a reference to an external entity Position: chrome://httpsfinder/content/Preferences.xul Line number 4, column 67:<!DOCTYPE overlay SYSTEM "chrome://httpsfinder/locale/Overlay.dtd">

What Fierfox and HTTPS Finder version is this on?

Have you tried reinstalling the extension?

The very same problem occurs in two systems:

Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit, Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Firefox 12.0 HTTPS Finder 0.85

Yes, I've tried to reinstall. :-(

Same here:

Erro no processamento de XML: erro ao processar uma referência a entidade externa Posição: chrome://httpsfinder/content/Preferences.xul Número da linha 4, coluna 67:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Firefox 13.0.1 HTTPS Finder 0.86

Tried with 0.85 first and now with 0.86. Reinstall = same error.
