Posted on Mar 27, 2011 by Swift OxI'm not sure how this bug slipped through to release, but it's fixed as of version 0.31. I just released 0.34 which has some other improvements including the ability to whitelist (ignore) domains. The new version won't show up as the "official" one until Mozilla reviews it (which should hopefully be by the 31st), but if you want you can get it at either of these two links:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/https-finder/versions/ https://code.google.com/p/https-finder/downloads/detail?name=httpsfinder034.xpi&can=2&q=
Thanks and sorry about the inconvenience

Posted on Mar 27, 2011 by Swift OxTo clarify, 0.31 and up should work for ALL top level domains (.de, .co.uk, .info, etc).

Posted on Mar 27, 2011 by Happy RabbitMy English is very weak. I know the Polish language. Do not quite understand your statement.
HTTPS updated the Finder, but it does not work correctly for http://talk.hyperreal.info.
- Deletes the old rule.
- Go to page http://talk.hyperreal.info. 3rd "Yes, it HTTPS"
- Displays the download window (LiveHTTP Headers does not explain the reason).
- "Cancel"
- I'm on "http://talk.hyperreal.info.
- Restart web browser.
- I have a rule: " http://(www\.)?talk.hyperreal\.info/" to="https://www.talk.hyperreal.info/"/> "
- Go to page http://talk.hyperreal.info.
- "404 not found" because the "https://www.talk.hyperreal.info" is wrong, only "https://talk.hyperreal.info".
I did not write earlier. I am using Windows XP SP3 constantly updated.
If you need you can write to me on Google Talk.
Thank you for, although not perfect, because it is very helpful add-on.

Posted on Mar 27, 2011 by Happy RabbitI see that you closed the application and marked as a duplicate with https://code.google.com/p/https-finder/issues/detail?id=12&can=1 . I would like to point out that here is not just a problem with the TLD, but also unwelcome move to address with "www".

Posted on Mar 27, 2011 by Swift OxSorry, I missed the "www." part also being a problem. I have re-opened this issue and will try to get this fixed in the next version.
Thank you for reporting this issue!
