What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start HaikuTwitter 2. Click "Use without account"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? "What's Happening" should not be displayed when not authenticated (since you cannot tweet anyway). Also, the View > Show "Whats Happening" should be disabled (grayed out).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? HaikuTwitter r261 on Haiku Alpha 3.
