Cannot navigate to Guice Errors View from Guice Bindings view

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open Guice Bindings View 2. Click on "Show Guice Errors View" icon in upper right

What is the expected output?

Guice Errors View should appear.

What do you see instead?

Error dialog complains that "Could not open Guice Errors View"
