.desktop file in wrong directory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.2.0

Please provide any additional information below.

I think the desktop file gets installed in the wrong directory. It installed to prefix/gnome/apps/Applications, which seems a deprecated place for this. All other applications on my system install that file to prefix/applications.
