grub4dos-chenall - issue #37

Having trouble building from latest source files

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. download using svn 2. ./configure fails at --build==none not understood 3. If use previous configure file, now fails in asm.S for e820cycles undefined reference.

Using MinGW which works still with previous July build.

r208 should fix the compilation issue.
